My Process
Initial Assessment
Receive the video outline, raw footage, and channel guidelines which detail the desired colors, style, and tone.
Project Setup & Rough Cut
Import all provided materials into the video editing software.
If a transcription is available, use it to sync the footage. If not, transcribe the audio from the footage.
Arrange the footage in a preliminary order based on the video outline or transcription.
Enhancements & Additions
Source and incorporate stock footage or images as necessary.
Add background music or sound effects, if required by the client.
Preliminary Review
Export the rough cut.
Upload to Frame.io, Google Drive, or Dropbox for client review.
Await client feedback on the sequence and overall structure
Final Cut & Polishing
Based on client feedback, finalize the video's sequence and apply detailed edits.
Add any additional enhancements, transitions, or corrections as needed.
Final Review & Approval
Export the final cut of the video.
Re-upload to the chosen platform for the client's final review.
Make any last-minute adjustments if needed, based on client feedback
Completion & Delivery
Once the final version is approved by the client, deliver the video in the requested format or platform.
